Appointment of Oru Allens Agbor as Coordinator of the African Paradiplomacy Network

The African Paradiplomacy Network (APN) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Oru Allens Agbor as Coordinator of the Network.
Oru Allens Agbor is a Political Economy and Policy Research professional from Cameroon with experience in governance, development finance, and international cooperation. He holds a Master of Science in Political Science (Political Economy) from the University of Buea, where his research focused on decentralized cooperation and sustainable development, with particular attention to the role of subnational actors in advancing local development.
He has previously served as a Policy Research and Advocacy Intern at the African Forum and Network on Debt and Development (AFRODAD), as well as a Partnership and Cooperation Officer at the Limbe City Council. He has also worked with the Ministry of External Relations of Cameroon as a Political Affairs Intern. His work spans areas including development finance, climate finance, and African paradiplomacy.
In his role as Coordinator, he will support the Network’s activities in research coordination, knowledge production, and stakeholder engagement, contributing to the advancement of African paradiplomacy and decentralised cooperation across the continent. The Network looks forward to his contributions in strengthening its mission and expanding its impact.
