Oru Allens Agbor is a Political Economy and Policy Research professional from Cameroon and Coordinator of the African Paradiplomacy Network (APN). His work focuses on decentralised cooperation, development finance, and climate finance in Africa. He holds an MSc in Political Science (Political Economy) from the University of Buea, where his research examined the role of subnational governments in advancing sustainable development through international partnerships.

He has experience in policy research and governance through roles with the African Forum and Network on Debt and Development (AFRODAD), the Limbe City Council, and the Ministry of External Relations of Cameroon. He is committed to advancing African paradiplomacy and strengthening subnational actors in global development processes.
