Join us for the official launch of the African Paradiplomacy Network (APN) as we explore the growing role of subnational governments in international diplomacy. This event will feature a keynote address and a panel discussion with distinguished experts who will discuss the importance of paradiplomacy in shaping Africa’s development.

Keynote Speaker
Prof. Deon Glendenhuys
A renowned international relations scholar with expertise in state behaviour, foreign policy, and human rights. He holds a PhD from Cambridge and has published widely on contested states and state fragility. Currently, he continues his research under a post-retirement contract.
